The essentials of strength, speed, and agility training for female athletes are often overlooked and misunderstood in the world of sports today.
The TNT Women’s Sports Performance training program focuses on all aspects of training including knee injury prevention and strengthening of the posterior chain eliminating the restrictions of the common “quad dominant” athlete.
We train our female athletes like we would any other. No matter what age, gender, or skill level an athlete may be, the commitment to consistently training at the highest level possible has always proven to be the recipe for success at TNT. We are extremely proud of what our female athletes continue to achieve each year.
