Using a heart rate monitor to measure a successful workout isn’t new, so what makes our Burn Program different? Most gyms will use technology during a cardio based exercise program to help you target a high metabolic reaction. These workouts are great, but tend to leave you wanting something more.
Our Burn Program has been designed to focus on fat loss while building lean muscle through strength and weight exercises. This is what your cardio workout has been missing! Our custom workouts will target the fat burning heart rate zones through HIIT style resistance training. We use advanced heart rate monitors that help you understand your thresholds when lifting and still achieve a high calorie burn.
Knowing your limits means something different at Burn Paramus. It means understanding your body better, never overtraining and knowing when it’s time to bring on a new challenge.
