Northern Highlands Girls LAX Training is a great way to help get you and your teammates ready for an upcoming season or work on specific areas of the game during in-season play.​

  • 20 Min Speed and Agility
  • 40 Min Upper Body Strength/Core

Thursday’s:

  • 15 Min Lower Body Mobility and Injury Prevention
  • 45 Min Dynamic Lower Body Strength
